5 years of Oracle Patch management and upgrades
5 years of Proficient use of OEM (preferred 12C version)
5 years of Performs resolution of second/Third Tier Incident ticket support providing quality customer service in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to communicate complex technical issues to audiences with diverse levels of technical knowledge.
