With a highly-successful track record of delivering mission critical cybersecurity solutions, we are experienced in working quickly to provide effective incident response, attack-readiness and remediation plans with a focus on providing long term support to improve our clients’ security posture.The Crypsis Group is offering a 10-week paid internship at our headquarters in McLean, VA for motivated college students that are passionate about machine learning, computer security, and interested in hands-on practical experience and the opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s leading experts.

Responsibilities :

• Implementing classical machine learning algorithms (clustering and classification), as well as neural network-based algorithms
• Work with the Dev team on daily tasks of business operations and projects
• Complete a research project and present your results to the firm at the conclusion of the program
• Work with the team to learn and further develop your technical and investigative skills

Requirements :

• Strong skills in machine learning, statistics, and probability
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux based operating systems
• Experience with programming in Python as well as libraries such as SciKit Learn, Tensorflow or Spark
