RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking an Image Processing/Machine Learning Consultant in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (FL).
REQUIREMENTS:
* C++ experience
* Willingness to work in R&D environment and work closely with HW that SW must interface with
* Willing to debug and test code by operating HW (iris or fingerprint scanner); Then to look at images collected and determine how to develop new algorithms to identify QC errors (e.g., person blinking, not looking at camera, or finger shifted partially off platen) and to report those to the SW GUI
* Image processing experience; Know how to process images to reduce noise, change grayscale histogram distribution and to identify and record locations of certain features in the images (image blobs, edges, circles, etc.).
* Python programming (working with NumPy, SciPy, etc.)
* Machine Learning (Tensor Flow, Keras, etc.)
