EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience in HR transformation and/or project management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Understanding of Talent Management and Recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project coordination tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Experience coordinating HR technology implementations (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, ATS/CRM)
• Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, workflows, and user journey maps to support system design and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive updates, project communications, and user-facing materials.
