About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using modern Microsoft technologies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cloud-native development, API engineering, and DevOps practices in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Lead the architecture and development of scalable applications using .NET Core and Azure services.
  • API Engineering: Build and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
  • Cloud Solutions: Utilize Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and API Management (APIM) to deliver robust cloud-native solutions.
  • Database Management: Design efficient schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and ensure data integrity and performance.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Containerization: Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Core Technology - .NET Core (C#).
  • Cloud Computing - Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, APIM.
  • Database - SQL, query optimization.
  • API/Web Services - REST API development.
  • DevOps/SRE  - CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Process & Soft Skills - Agile methodology, strong written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills:

  • Messaging: Kafka.
  • Industry Knowledge: Retail Domain / POS Systems.
  • Other Technologies: Java, Maven, Spring Boot.
  • Data/Integration: Azure Data Factory.
  • Tools/Scripting: YAML (for configuration/pipelines), Postman (advanced usage).
