Job Title: ETL DATA Migration Lead

Description

The Technical Data Lead provides technical leadership across all technical components of the data migration. This includes staging table design, ETL development, SQL/PLSQL scripting, environment support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design of data migration architecture.
  • Build staging tables, ETL jobs, and transformation logic.
  • Write, execute, and optimize SQL/PLSQL scripts.
  • Support data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation.
  • Review and validate SI's conversion logic and mapping specs.
  • Support conversion cycle testing and reconciliation cycles.
  • Develop bridging scripts for parallel and reverse-parallel processing.
  • Ensure data quality and adherence to security.
  • Produce required technical documentation and reports.

Primary Required Skills

  • Strong Oracle DB + SQL/PLSQL expertise.
  • ETL development using: Informatica, Talend, SSIS.
  • Experience building staging tables, migration scripts, data pipelines.
  • Experience validating SI-provided mapping specifications.
  • Experience with secure data transfer utilities.
  • Oracle Data Migration certification preferred .
  • Hands-on experience in complex conversion projects (multi-cycle).
