 Job Description:

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align operational strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Experience: 7–10 years in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing in medical devices or healthcare
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Location flexibility: Santa Rosa, CA or Minneapolis, MN.
