Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Functional Expertise
    • Expertise in Oracle SCM applications:
    • Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portals, Sourcing, Contracts.
    • Knowledge of Inventory, Order Management, Pricing, Manufacturing, Materials Management 
    • Ability to lead fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, CRPs, functional configuration, testing, and client training.
    • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and integration capabilities.
    • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and ERP architecture
  • Communication
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with executive stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Solution Driving Ability
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, value-driven solutions.
    • Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Customer-Centric Approach
    • Experience in advisory roles, influencing client strategies and ensuring customer success.
