Role Responsibilities

  • Write advanced Redshift SQL queries including multi-CTE, temp-table, and window-function logic.
  • Support measure logic builds and numerator/denominator analysis for quality programs.
  • Develop scripts for data QA, record-level validation, and reconciliation between sources and outputs.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years healthcare data analytics experience with understanding of claims, encounters, and quality measures
  • Minimum of 5 years hands on experience with Amazon Redshift / PostgreSQL - SQL (DDL, DML, joins, window functions, temp tables), Git or version control tools and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree or equal experience

  • Able to follow complex logic trees and trace end-to-end data flow
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with both technical and business teams
  • Excellent written documentation and communication skills
  • Curious, proactive learner who can adapt existing code for new payers or measure types
