Job Duties:

·         Work as part of a team, supporting an existing application platform and contributing to efforts working on potential modernization enhancements.

·         Understand the operational and IT requirements of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS).

·         Assess and configure software, applications, custom solutions, and new applications using MS Dynamics.

·         Ensure the integration of new enhancements with existing systems.

·         Evaluate configuration changes through deployment and change/release management cycles.

·         Create documentation for the current system and applied patches.

·         Provide extended support for post-deployment issues; deliver ongoing maintenance services.

 

Education and Experience:

·         Bachelor's degree in Technology / IT / Computer Science

·         A minimum of 6 years of related experience.

·         An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
