Description:

Test Automation Development:

·       Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.

·       Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks.

Test Planning & Execution:

·       Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites.

·       Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Defect Management:

·       Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

Collaboration:

·       Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to align testing with project requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

·       Optimize automation strategies and frameworks for efficiency and coverage.

·       Stay updated with emerging trends in automation testing and Selenium best practices

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium.

·       Familiarity with frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.

·       Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git).

·       Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC.

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
